Batavia Facility Upgrades for 2024

We are fully invested in the region…

Therefore we have invested in our Batavia Facility to better serve the producers in the Genesee, Orleans, Wyoming, Erie, Monroe, and Niagara counties. We are replicating the receiving and drying capacity of our flagship facility in Avon, and bringing it to Batavia. We are investing in the future of this agricultural community by adding an additional dump pit with increased capacity (to reduce wait times), an additional dryer and increased wet storage (to receive wet bushels longer each day), more dry storage (to keep receiving all season long), and leveraging new technologies to increase operational efficiencies across the board.

We will now receive at just shy of 20,000 bushels per hour, and dry at 6,500 bushels per hour. .

** This will also reduce the redirection of wet bushels to Avon and alleviate the plugs we experienced in the 2023 harvest season **

Aerial of construction at the Batavia Facility, two new bins will increase storage capacity and flexibility.

Laying the foundation for the new bins.

The new dryer will give us additional efficiency and flexibility.
